NDTA: tools a national association actually uses

Outcome

US dump truck operators get a national home with membership billing, contractor checks, document review, and day-to-day association tooling—backed by Stripe and CRM/onboarding flows that keep leads from falling through.

Problem

Associations live or die on membership ops: dues, verification, documents, and follow-up. Spreadsheets and disconnected tools create lag—and members feel it. NDTA needed a portal that matched how operators and staff actually work.

What I did

• Helped build and maintain the WordPress association portal and CMS workflows
• Supported Stripe membership billing and related payment state
• Worked on contractor verification and document-review paths
• Set up GoHighLevel onboarding and CRM follow-ups so handoffs stay clean
